1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Al-Amaan Tours & Travels website, mobile applications, or engaging with our concierge team to book travel, flights, accommodations, insurance, or money transfer services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Booking & Reservations

Al-Amaan Tours & Travels acts as an agent on behalf of third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). Your contract for the travel services is with the respective supplier, and their specific terms and conditions will apply to your booking in addition to ours.

• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for ensuring that all names and details provided at the time of booking exactly match those on the passports or government-issued IDs of all travelers.
• Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed once full payment or an agreed-upon deposit is received, and you have received a formal itinerary confirmation email from Al-Amaan Tours & Travels.

3. Payment & Pricing

All prices quoted by Al-Amaan Tours & Travels are subject to availability and can change without notice until full payment is received and the booking is ticketed/confirmed.

• Deposits: For custom packages and Hajj/Umrah tours, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
• Taxes and Fees: Quoted prices generally include standard taxes. However, some destinations may impose local city taxes or resort fees payable directly to the hotel upon arrival.
• Money Transfers: For international money transfer services, exchange rates fluctuate in real-time. The rate applied to your transaction will be the rate at the exact moment of processing.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation policies vary strictly depending on the airline, hotel, or service provider associated with your booking.

• Flights: Many discounted or promotional airfares are 100% non-refundable. Name changes are generally not permitted by airlines.
• Custom Packages: Cancellations made within 45 days of departure may be subject to a penalty up to 100% of the total package cost.
• Al-Amaan Tours & Travels Service Fees: Any consulting, concierge, or booking fees charged directly by Al-Amaan Tours & Travels are non-refundable, regardless of the supplier's cancellation policy.

5. Travel Documents, Visas & Health

It is entirely your responsibility to ensure you possess valid travel documents required for your itinerary.

• Passports: Passports must generally be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your planned date of return.
• Visas: While Al-Amaan Tours & Travels may assist with visa processing (especially for Hajj and Umrah), the final decision to grant a visa rests solely with the respective embassy or consulate. Al-Amaan Tours & Travels is not liable for denied entry or visa rejections.
• Health Requirements: You must comply with all health and vaccination requirements of your destination (e.g., Meningitis vaccinations required for Saudi Arabia).

6. Hajj & Umrah Specific Terms

Due to the unique nature of spiritual pilgrimages to Saudi Arabia, specific conditions apply to Hajj and Umrah bookings:

• Ministry Regulations: All itineraries are subject to the rules, quotas, and scheduling changes mandated by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. Al-Amaan Tours & Travels cannot be held liable for sudden changes in regulations.
• Group Travel: For guided group tours, travelers must adhere to the scheduled itinerary. Any deviations or missed transportation will be at the traveler's own expense.
• Accommodations: Star ratings for hotels in Makkah and Madina are based on local standards, which may differ from international expectations. Room allocation is strictly managed by the hotel.

7. Limitation of Liability

Al-Amaan Tours & Travels acts purely as an intermediary agent for travel suppliers. We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers.

Under no circumstances shall Al-Amaan Tours & Travels be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your travel arrangements, delays, lost baggage, personal injury, or acts of God (Force Majeure).

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of Al-Amaan Tours & Travels services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, NY, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.
